"Perfect for our big group"
We had a big group, so I wasn’t sure how smoothly it would all go?? But entertainment-plus.net handled everything really well. I thought getting everyone organized might be a bit chaotic, but it was actually super simple and nobody got left out. They adjusted the booking to fit our group without making it a whole thing, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly on the day too. Would definitely use them again.

"Smooth and easy ride"
The driver was really calm and careful, which I appreciated. No crazy speeding or anything like that, and the car felt safe the whole time. The ride was smooth and just stress-free. I’d definitely use them again.

I ended up canceling my entertainment-plus.net plan and asked about getting a refund. Support replied faster than I thought they would, and then the money showed up a few days later. So yeah, nothing super exciting or anything… it just got handled. I kind of expected it to be more of a whole thing, but it was actually smooth.

"Pretty smooth overall"
I booked through entertainment-plus.net and, the confirmation came in faster than I expected. I was kind of thinking it might take a while, but it showed up in my email after just a few minutes. Everything seemed clear enough to me. I’m giving it 4 stars because I did have to check my spam folder just to be sure, but overall I’d say it was a straightforward experience.

I like that there’s a good variety, Like it’s not just one kind of thing over and over. It was easy enough to find something for everyone in the house, which I appreciated. So far I’ve been happy with it and don’t really have any major complaints.

I had a small issue with my account so I messaged Entertainment Plus support. I thought I’d be waiting way longer, but they did get back to me the same day. The person helping me wasn’t exactly chatty, but they answered my question and got it sorted without a bunch of back and forth. I’m giving 4 stars because it still took a few hours, and whoever runs this should probably work on making response times a little faster. Overall though, it was a easy experience and the service was good

"Not exactly the bargain I pictured"
I signed up for entertainment-plus thinking it might be a solid deal, because apparently I enjoy learning lessons the financial way. Some of the content is fine, sure, but for the price, I expected a bit more than just “okay.” It doesn’t really feel like great value right now, so unless the pricing improves, I’ll probably cancel.

"Easy payments, but I felt a bit stuck waiting"
I used entertainment-plus.net and the payment part was straightforward. They had the payment options I normally use, so I didn’t have to jump through hoops or try some random method. Checkout felt secure too, with the usual protection steps, which made me feel better. The only thing is the payment confirmation took longer than I expected, and for a minute I felt kind of trapped just waiting there, not sure if I should refresh or leave it alone. Nothing major went wrong though. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d give it 4 stars.

I usually stick with another brand/app because I’ve used it for years, so I wasn’t expecting to like this one much. But the accessibility stuff was solid. The captions worked well, and the wheelchair info wasn’t hard to find, which I really appreciated.

The meeting point wasn’t too hard to find in the end, but I did walk around for a minute because the sign was small. The directions were okay, but the communication could’ve been clearer so I didn’t have to second-guess where I was going. Not a huge issue overall, and everything went fine once I found it.

"I bought a voucher and two tickets..."
I bought a voucher and two tickets from entertainment-plus.net for a weekend show, and I was half-expecting some overly polished “seamless experience” nonsense to turn into a hassle. But the voucher code worked fine, and the ticket details matched what they had for me at the venue.

The only thing was the email took a little longer than I expected, so I kept checking my inbox more than I’d like to admit. Still, everything ended up being accurate, so I can’t really complain

"Really fun day out"
Had a really good day with this tour. The activities all ran smoothly, the guides were easygoing and kept everything simple, and the whole experience was just fun. how well organized it was was kind of ridiculous. I’d definitely book again.

"Pretty comfy ride overall"
I booked with entertainment-plus.net last weekend the ride was way more comfortable than I expected. The seats had plenty of room, everything looked clean inside, and I didn’t notice any weird rattling or rough bumps. I’m usually not great at relaxing on trips, but I kind of settled in easily this time. Definitely felt like a solid choice
